Someone who understands homes, can solve problems, is great with people and wants the prospect to help build a company.

We're hiring an Operations Supervisor at Sterk Home Services in Ottawa.

It's a unique role.

Some days you'll have tools in your hands completing repairs for our members.

Other days you'll be assessing a project, coordinating trades, checking workmanship or making sure a member is taken care of from start to finish.

We're looking for someone with experience around residential construction, renovations, property maintenance or home services—but we're even more interested in initiative, communication and ambition.

Maybe you're working for a renovation company and ready for more responsibility.

Maybe you're running a small handyman or contracting business and have realized you love the work but don't love chasing leads, quoting at night and collecting invoices.

Or maybe you simply know you're capable of more than your current role allows.

As Sterk grows, we want this person to grow with us and eventually help lead our field operations.
