As the Outdoor Elements Lead,



you'll be the go-to person for all retail questions while delivering outstanding guest service. Working on the front line, you'll welcome guests, answer questions about the resort, provide directions, and help ensure every visitor has an exceptional experience. You'll also play a key role in keeping the retail store organized, well-stocked, and running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who:

- Is at least 19 years of age.
- Holds a valid Serving It Right certificate or is willing to obtain one.
- Is organized, positive, and thrives in a busy workplace
- Enjoys leading by example and supporting both guests and teammates.
- Has strong communication and customer service skills
- Brings enthusiasm and helps keep the stoke high for both guests and the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with receiving.
- Assist manager and supervisor with hiring salespeople
- Assist manager and supervisor in training and counseling staff members
- Help oversee cash-out procedures and cashier training
- Be the floor supervisor when the retail supervisor is not there
- Assign daily tasks to staff members when being the floor supervisor
- Ensure a team atmosphere within the store
- Ensure the store is well merchandised, clean, and tidy
- Maintain maximum stock levels
- Help with inventory
- Make the manager aware of any low stock items for reorder
- Make the manager aware of any customer warranties or staffing issues.
