Junior Outside Sales Representative

Location: GTA, remote

Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Outside Sales Representative to help launch and grow a leading line of bathroom fans within the B2B market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, build relationships, and take ownership of a growing product line.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop current B2B customer relationships and grow existing accounts

- Introduce and promote a new line of bathroom ventilation products

- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations

- Identify new sales opportunities and support business growth

- Build strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and industry partners

- Work closely with internal teams to support quotes, orders, and customer needs

- Become a product expert through hands-on training and ongoing development





Ideal Candidate

- 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or B2B experience

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable meeting customers face-to-face

- Highly motivated with a positive, “can-do” attitude

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build something from the ground up

- Organized, self-directed, and eager to learn

- Building products, construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or distribution experience is an asset — but not required
