We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Royal Columbian Hospital.

This role requires a recent experience in a tertiary unit and a passion for nurturing newborns and their families. You will engage in comprehensive assessments, implement care plans, and promote best practices within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct nursing assessments for newborn admissions
- Document observations and care evaluations
- Participate in high-risk deliveries and resuscitation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current BCCNM registration
- One year of recent neonatal experience
- Completion of a post-basic Neonatal Nursing Program
- Basic Rescuer Level C and NRP certificates
