Aster Wellness Centre is an award-winning Health and Wellness clinic in Port Coquitlam and we are looking for a part-time receptionist to join our team.

Additional info

- Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 9am-3pm.
- Start date is approximately September 16th 2026
- Ability to cover for other staff when needed
- Will work together with multiple practitioners: Registered Clinical Counsellors, Naturopathic Doctors, Registered Dietitians, and Certified Bowen Therapists.
- Salary based on experience

Job requirements

- Greeting clients, answering and making phone calls, scheduling clients and practitioners, providing and updating intake forms, sending and replying to emails
- Managing practitioner's and intern calendars
- Assisting with payroll including for naturopathic medicine testing
- Processing payments, doing billing
- Working with the Jane scheduling, direct billing portals, and other programs
- Knowledge of health and wellness (including mental health) and maintaining confidentiality
- Doing other administrative office tasks that are needed for clinic operations




- Assistance with social media & website updates
- Maintaining office supplies inventory & office upkeep/cleanup
- Communicating well with practitioners, clients, and owners

Qualifications

- Experience with Jane is an asset but not required.
- Attention to detail is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook is a must
- At least 2 year of office experience required
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English
