Candidates should have recent experience in cardiac monitoring or telemetry, along with a solid background in patient-centered care. The role involves collaborating with the interprofessional care team to provide comprehensive care to patients. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patients and develop nursing diagnoses
- Collaborate on care plans with families and caregivers
- Coordinate nursing care and delegate tasks
- Teach patients about health and illness prevention
- Document patient care and outcomes per standards Requirements:
- RN registration with BCCNM
- One year recent cardiac monitoring experience
- Completion of relevant critical care courses
