Duties

- Greet and assist clients professionally and warmly.
- Guide clients through the full-service shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean,



organized sales floor and staff area.
- Ensure products are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist with stocking and inventory management.
- Address client concerns and report issues to the floor manager.
- Work collaboratively toward sales goals.
- Stay informed about products, promotions, and events.

Qualifications

- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Retail experience preferred; passion and willingness to learn are equally valued.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Social media knowledge is an asset.
