Join the Ens Collision Team!

We are looking for a new team member to join our team at Ens Collision Center as a Parts Assistant. As a Parts Assistant, you will help manage the flow of parts required for vehicle repairs. This role ensures the timely ordering, receiving, and inventory control of parts, as well as their accurate distribution to technicians.

The hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Full-time, permanent.

Qualifications

- Completion of Grade 12 education.
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Clean driver’s abstract.
- Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission is considered an asset.

Essential Job Functions

- Stock Shelves for incoming vehicles.
- Deliver parts to technicians for vehicles in production.
- Inspect the condition of the parts upon arrival.
- Mirror parts to damage to ensure the parts are correct.
- Receive parts.
- Help verify that received parts match the part numbers listed on the invoice.
- Inspect received parts for damage and accuracy.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle inventory checks.
- Report discrepancies or issues to the parts advisor or collision manager promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols in the handling and storage of parts
- File packing slips, invoices, and part return documentation
- Move vehicles around the lot and in the shop.
- Help organize the lot to make it easier to locate vehicles.
- Keep cleaning supplies organized and labelled.
- Detailing the vehicle's interior and exterior.
- Tidying the shop area and wash bay.
- Assist with valeting customer vehicles.
- Assist with shuttling customers.
- Report any vehicle damage to management.
- Be a champion of health and safety.

- Ability to drive vehicles and hold a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License.
