You will lead with the Nando’s Pillars of Excellence—People, Product, and Place—and wear multiple hats to elevate guest service and operational performance.

Responsibilities include pre- shift leadership, coaching, ensuring food safety and SOP adherence, and collaborating with the management team to meet financial targets.
