Metro Supply Chain seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to enhance the employee experience across its operations. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide consultation in performance management, health and safety, and recruitment. Contribute to a positive work culture and ensure adherence to company policies and provincial legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead employee relations and performance management initiatives
• Manage HRIS and employee records efficiently
• Support strategic HR planning and change management
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Implement recognition and engagement strategies
Requirements:
• 4 – 7 years of HR experience
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources preferred
• CHRP certification is an asset
• Willingness to travel in the Greater Toronto Area
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
