This hybrid role demands expertise in payroll software and compliance knowledge. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will report directly to the Director of People & Culture.

You will take charge of timely payroll processing for over 200 employees across Canada and lead enhancements in our HR/Payroll systems. This role requires a strong focus on compliance, accurate deductions, and employee advantages management. Key Responsibilities:

- Process semi-monthly payroll for 200+ employees nationwide
- Lead benefits program management and employee communication
- Prepare year-end reporting including T4 and RL-1 slips
- Respond to payroll inquiries with a 48-hour turnaround
- Maintain compliance and support payroll audits Requirements:
- 5-10 years full-cycle payroll experience required
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification necessary
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now software preferred
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
