Execute pharmacy programs and product launches to promote patient service standards, drive sales, control labor, monitor margins, and manage shrinkage. Inspire a positive, patient-focused culture and experience, ensuring product availability, customer service standards, and business plan execution to meet KPIs. Actively engage in all areas of Fusion to ensure a seamless and consistent pharmacy experience across locations.

Be an ambassador for the company values, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and fostering an inclusive environment within the pharmacy. Manage the selection, onboarding, training, development,



performance management, and succession planning processes. Ensure all regulatory requirements and company policies, processes, and procedures (e.g., Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.

Must be a licensed pharmacist, in valuable standing, in the province of responsibility. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
