• Work Management Lead the maintenance planning and scheduling team in the development of short-term, weekly, and long-term work plans Monitor work order backlog and prioritize activities based on risk, reliability, and operational requirements Coordinate labour, materials, tools, equipment, and contractor resources to support scheduled work Monitor schedule compliance and identify opportunities to improve execution performance Support turnaround, outage, and shutdown planning activity Reliability &
• Continuous Improvement Partner with Reliability and Engineering teams to improve asset performance and maintenance effectiveness Analyze maintenance performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities Implement best practices in planning, scheduling, and asset management Drive process improvements that enhance safety, reliability, and operational efficiency Support root cause investigations and corrective action implementation Foster a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvements Establish performance objectives and development plans for team members Reporting &
• Performance Management Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including Schedule compliance Prepare reports and recommendations for site leadership Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities Education with Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, Trades Technology, or a related field ~ PMP, or related certification) is considered an asset ~8+ years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, operations, reliability, or asset management ~Experience in industrial operations, mining, manufacturing, energy, chemical processing, or related industries ~ Experience leading turnaround, outage, or shutdown planning activities Technical Skills Experience with CMMS and ERP systems (SAP, IBM Maximo, or similar) Proficiency with scheduling and planning tools Knowledge of Alberta occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations #
