We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our consulting clients Water and Wastewater group. The Senior PM will work with our clients team of experienced Project Managers and engineers.ResponsibilitiesLeading civil engineering design work, from the conceptual level through to detailed construction drawingsActing as the key contact on projects working with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and support staffEngaging in active business developmentPreparing proposals and reports in coordination with our Proposal TeamDeveloping project schedules and coordinating resourcesMonitoring budget and progress on projectsTraining and mentorship of our Project Managers and design teamUndertaking quality control procedures and monitoring design standards on completed workQualificationsA minimum of 6+ years of related experience in local municipal engineering project delivery.Documented experience with local public sector clients is an asset.Registration as a P.Eng. with EGBC, an AScT with ASTTBC, or equivalentCertified associate in project management (CAPM), or Project Management Qualified (PMP) designation preferredValid Class 5 Driver's License and personal vehicleExceptional project management, design, and time management skillsDemonstrated team management and delegation skillsDemonstrated business development skillsProven conflict resolution capabilitiesStrong communication and time management skills and ability to work concurrently on several different projectsExcellent attention to detail to consistently produce accurate, high quality workConfidence to lead assignments with minimal supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr
