Extendicare is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support the ParaMed division from the Markham head office. The role partners with HRBPs to operationalize HR strategies and ensure flawless execution of people initiatives in a hybrid work setting.
The successful candidate will lead HR initiatives, present analytics from Workday, manage engagement, succession planning and policy development, and coach leaders to strengthen change management across the organization.
