In this role, you will manage the operation and maintenance of a 2nd Class High-Pressure Steam Plant. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you’ll address alarms, emergencies, and perform essential preventative maintenance on equipment. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain the high-pressure steam plant safely • Respond to alarms and client service requests • Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment • Repair and troubleshoot ancillary systems • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
Requirements: • Valid 3rd Class Power Engineering Certificate • Experience with high-pressure steam plant operation • Knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation • Robust communication and teamwork capabilities • Ability to perform physical tasks required in this role
