​We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and empathetic Post-Disaster Restoration Technician to join our emergency response team. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and making a real difference in people’s lives every day, we want to hear from you.

​What You’ll Do

- ​Emergency Response: Assist with immediate disaster response, including water extraction, board-ups, and securing affected properties.
- ​Mitigation & Clean-Up: Perform tear-out and selective demolition of damaged materials (drywall, carpet, insulation, flooring).
- ​Equipment Management: Set up and monitor specialized restoration equipment, such as industrial dehumidifiers, air movers, and HEPA air scrubbers.
- ​Mold & Decontamination: Set up containment zones, perform mold remediation, and complete biohazard or fire/smoke soot cleaning using appropriate safety techniques.
- ​Site Documentation: Take accurate job site photos, track moisture readings, and complete basic digital logs for insurance records.
- ​Customer Care: Interact with property owners with compassion, professionalism, and respect during stressful situations.

​What We’re Looking For
- ​Experience: 1+ years in disaster restoration,



construction, demolition, or specialized cleaning preferred (will train the right candidate).
- ​Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required).
- ​Physical Fitness: Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet all day, and work in confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics) or wear respirators when needed.
- ​Availability: Willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 emergency on-call schedule (includes night/weekend availability for emergency call-outs).
- ​Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check.

​Bonus Qualifications (Not Required, But Great to Have!)
- ​IICRC Certifications: WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician), FSRT (Fire & Smoke), or AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation).
- ​First Aid/CPR Certification.
- ​Experience reading moisture meters or thermal cameras.
