Overview
Wanted: General Maintenance Worker for Building Maintenance/Renovations. We are a busy renovations and maintenance company looking for a reliable, hard-working, and devoted handyman.
You will be responsible for general renovations and maintenance duties, such as:
- Door slab installation.
- Ceramic tile installation.
- Finish Plumbing.
- Kitchen and countertop installation.
- Framing.
- Light Maintenance work (Shelving, toilet paper holder install, medicine cabinets etc.).
All work is in Hi-Rise rental apartments.
This is a full time position (not for general contractors).
Compensation
Salary based on experience and will be fair and negotiable.
- $25-$35/hr.
- Mon-Friday.
- 8-10 hour shifts.
Qualifications
- A set of their own tools.
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Their own vehicle.
- An ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
