- Own technical roadmap and target architecture
- Deliver scalable, resilient Policy Administration System
- Integrate with enterprise through up-to-date APIs
- Embed AI into underwriting and pricing processes
- Mentor developers and shape engineering community

Requirements:

- 15+ years in software engineering and architecture
- Expertise in Java, Angular, and microservices
- Proven experience with AI lifecycle integration
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent
