Qualifications





- Relevant skilled training and licensure as a Physiotherapist (or eligibility for licensure in Ontario); bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation in clinical settings.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and motivate patients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid understanding of evidence-based practice, pain management, and functional rehabilitation across a range of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Ability to work in a holistic, culturally sensitive environment that integrates Eastern and Western approaches to care.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate clinical records, managing time effectively, and using clinic management or EMR systems.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, adherence to ethical standards, and readiness to work flexible hours as needed.
