PRN Radiology Technologist

We are currently seeking a PRN Radiology Technologist (<29 hours a week) to join our X-Ray Department at our Burlington location. The X-Ray Technician uses imaging modalities, performs radiographic procedures, applies principles of radiation protection, and evaluates radiographs for technical quality while exercising professional judgment and providing excellent patient care.

​Experience:





A minimum of one year of x-ray experience in an outpatient clinic setting is preferred.

Experience with EPIC is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

- Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program

- Current A.R.R.T.

certification (RT-R)

- Current BLS certification with AHA

Key Responsibilities

- Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort

- Verify patient identity and explain procedures clearly

- Produce high-quality diagnostic images

- Adhere to radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements

- Position and transfer patients safely

- Evaluate image quality and accuracy

- Assist with patient flow and departmental operations as needed
