Production Assistant – Fabric Cutting, Sewing & Packaging (Training Provided)

We are looking for a reliable Production Assistant to work on-site in a small home-based business in Paris, Ontario. This is an entry-level position; no experience is required, and full training will be provided.

Your main tasks will include cutting fabric, sewing bags, packaging finished products, and adding labels. You should be comfortable working with your hands, following instructions, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

- 6-hour shifts, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- 2 shifts per week to start
- Days are flexible

What we are looking for:

- Able to work quickly and stay focused
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn




- Comfortable with repetitive hand-work tasks
- Personal phone use is limited to breaks and emergencies
- Language skills are not required

This is a 3-month starting/trial position. After the trial period, there may be an opportunity for more hours and a pay increase based on performance. Location: On-site at a private home workspace in Paris, Ontario. This is not a remote position.

Experience: No experience required — training provided

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
