Role Description The Production Associate is a full-time, in office role based in North York, ON. This position supports daily operations on production lines, including preparing materials, setting up workstations, and assisting with machine operation.

The Production

Associate monitors product quality, follows standard operating procedures, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Responsibilities include packing and labeling products, reporting any equipment or quality issues,



and collaborating with team members to meet production schedules and efficiency targets. The role requires adherence to food safety and hygiene standards throughout all tasks.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with production assistance and working on production lines.
- Ability to operate or support machine operation in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Knowledge of basic quality control practices and attention to detail in inspecting products.
- Demonstrated ability to be easily adaptable, learn new tasks quickly, and follow instructions accurately.
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and punctuality, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or packaging is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to undergo training provided by the company.
