In this critical role, you will leverage your extensive software development background and experience with Google Workspace tools to manage complex Guidewire projects. Responsible for reviewing designs, enforcing coding standards, and overseeing integration frameworks, you will ensure quality outputs from the development team. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will enhance project execution and management of technical risks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead hands-on development using GOSU and integrations
• Review coding standards and conduct structured code reviews




• Serve as a final escalation point for production issues
• Collaborate with Application Support on troubleshooting
• Actively participate in ongoing software release cycles

Requirements:
• 10+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of Guidewire PC/BC/CC expertise
• Proficient in version control and CI/CD practices
• Solid production support and debugging skills
• Guidewire ACE Certified
