IREX is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Fulbright Teacher Exchanges team.
This role provides critical administrative and operational support for program implementation, stakeholder engagement, event coordination, participant management, reporting, and compliance activities.
The Program
Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring high-quality program delivery while supporting participants, partners, and funders.
Program
Administration & Coordination - Coordinate program activities and provide logistical support for events, workshops, trainings, and travel. Maintain participant data and program records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Support monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities.
Assist with the preparation of program materials and resources. Provide on-site support during workshops and events. Stakeholder & Participant Engagement - Serve as a point of contact for U.Support communications, outreach, publicity, and participant engagement efforts.
Facilitate or support teacher training workshops and related activities. Draft correspondence and communications for internal and external stakeholders. Support survey implementation, data collection, and analysis.
Track participant success stories and program impact data. Financial & Compliance Support - Process payment requests and support financial reconciliation activities.
Ensure activities comply with IREX policies and funder requirements.
At least two years of relevant professional experience (internships and part-time experience may be considered). Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM, communications, and collaboration tools.
Experience working with teachers, schools, or educational programs.
Experience with data management and reporting.
