Enhance Aecon's infrastructure initiatives as a Project Controls Manager for Nuclear projects, ensuring compliance with standards and supporting project teams in various locations. In this critical role, reporting to the Project Controls Director, you will lead project controls tasks to support successful outcomes in complex energy and infrastructure projects. Your expertise in planning, scheduling, and cost control will guide a dedicated team while ensuring project performance metrics are met.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to maintain project health and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure project compliance with Aecon's Project Controls standards
- Establish integrated Project Controls systems and baselines
- Lead performance status meetings with project teams
- Support tracking of overall project health and communication plans
- Analyze project performance metrics and propose corrective actions Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in project controls
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
