Salary: $110,000 - $148,000 annually

Role Description The Project Manager is full-lifecycle role. You will price the work, and then build the work. You own a project from the moment a tender is posted through estimating, award, construction, and final closeout — and you carry the client relationship that follows it.
We are looking for someone who wants both sides of the business: the discipline of estimating and project controls, and the drive of chasing new public-sector opportunities and growing our footprint into new regions and market segments.a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This position oversees construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing timelines, monitoring progress, and communicating with stakeholders such as clients,
contractors, and internal teams.
The Project
Manager will be responsible for organizing logistics, tracking materials and resources, supervising inspections, and addressing project risks and issues. The role also includes preparing status reports, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management expertise, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. MBA preffered.
- Candidates should possess expediting-focused skills, including experience as an Expeditor and proficiency in Expediting to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess logistics-related skills, including Logistics Management and resource planning to support efficient project execution.
- Candidates should possess inspection-related skills, including experience with Inspection, quality control, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess additional qualifications such as excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency with project management software, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, and experience managing construction projects for government or public sector clients are highly beneficial.
