Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud) implementation and transformation projects. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and system integrators to successfully deploy scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to consumer goods organizations. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining high-quality standards and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

- Lead full lifecycle Salesforce CG Cloud implementation projects (discovery → design → build → test → deploy → hypercare)

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

- Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, executives, and internal teams

- Translate business requirements into actionable project plans

- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and status updates

- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts proactively

Salesforce CG Cloud Expertise

- Oversee implementation of CG Cloud capabilities such as:

- Retail Execution

- Visit Planning & Execution

- Mobile CRM for field reps

- Order capture and promotion management

- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Developers, and Business Analysts

- Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and platform limitations

Risk & Quality Management

- Identify, assess,



and mitigate project risks and issues

- Ensure proper governance, documentation, and change management processes

- Monitor KPIs, milestones, and deliverable quality

Team Leadership

- Lead cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore)

- Provide coaching and guidance to junior PMs or coordinators

- Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment

Required Qualifications

- 5–10+ years of project management experience (depending on level)

- Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementations

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

- Fluent in spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud, or CG Cloud-related)

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, etc.)

- Experience working with system integrators or consulting firms

- Familiarity with data integration, mobile solutions, and analytics/reporting

- Understanding of consumer goods industry processes (field sales, retail execution, merchandising) is an asset

- Other languages such as Spanish or French
