Project Manager – Renewables & Data Center is responsible for the inception, development, and management of solar, wind and storage projects as well as complex data center projects, including infrastructure upgrades, capacity expansions. The primary duties involve planning, coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery, on-time and within budget.

Understanding the development of renewables & data center projects in the various Provinces of Canada from the initial concept through to construction readiness

Identifying and securing suitable sites (greenfield and brownfield) or evaluate pertinence of existing energy/storage sites already secured by Neoen

Analysis of site factors and constraints such as grid connection, land availability, cooling, topography, and approvability

Understanding of the permitting, and approval processes at the various administrative levels (municipality, county and Province)

Participation in the development of technical concepts and layouts for data centers

Management of advisors

Support in land negotiations and in structuring complex projects #
