You will guide Financial Planning Advisors, ensuring effective leadership, relationship management with HR, and enhancing financial strategies. Your input will facilitate improvements in financial performance, and you’ll lead the month-end close and budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead financial analysis and reporting for operations • Manage employee training and performance reviews • Optimize budget management and cost controls • Drive strategic planning and resource allocation • Enhance financial forecasting and variance analysis

Requirements: • CPA with 10+ years of finance experience • Minimum 7 years in a leadership role • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems • Expertise in US GAAP or IFRS standards • Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis
