Description

We are currently recruiting for a Property Field Adjuster to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan. This is a full-time hybrid setup involving travel and on-site claim evaluations. The successful candidate will evaluate claims through loss investigation and negotiate settlements in accordance with provincial licensing restrictions and requirements, while maintaining adequate production levels and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Investigation, collection, and analysis of claims information
- Accurate recording, reporting and file maintenance
- Examines policies and claims settlement within Provincial licensing regulations
- Employment and professional expectations
- Work with managers to maintain client relations

Qualifications

- 2- 5 years of functional and technical experience in an insurance environment





- Independent adjusting license or working towards CIP designation

- Post Secondary education in an insurance related field

- Knowledge of property claims will be considered an asset

- Proficient in maintaining accurate and detailed activity, transaction and reserve records

- Computer and reporting skills including Office 365, proficiency in using Excel.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Attention to detail

- Solid analytical and mathematical ability

- Able to manage multiple priorities

- Must be a team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service
