? We're Hiring: Property Manager – Montreal Portfolio

B. Chanda Realty Inc. is looking for a dependable, detail-driven Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Montreal. If you take pride in keeping tenants happy, properties well-maintained, and operations running like clockwork — we want to hear from you.

? What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Manage day-to-day operations for residential and commercial rental properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, and renewals

✅ Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate timely maintenance and repairs

✅ Handle rent collection, follow up on arrears, and maintain accurate financial records

✅ Screen and place new tenants, including background and reference checks

✅ Ensure full compliance with Quebec residential tenancy laws (Tribunal administratif du logement) and municipal bylaws

✅ Respond promptly to tenant concerns, maintenance requests, and emergencies

✅ Coordinate with contractors, cleaners, and maintenance vendors for repairs and upkeep

✅ Provide regular reporting on occupancy, expenses, and property performance

✅ Drive to different building locations across Montreal for inspections, tenant meetings, and maintenance coordination

? What We're Looking For:

✔️ 2+ years of property management experience (residential and/or commercial preferred)





✔️ Completely bilingual (English/French) — spoken and written — required

✔️ Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle — must be able to drive to multiple building locations

✔️ Solid knowledge of Quebec landlord-tenant regulations

✔️ Excellent communication skills — you'll be the main point of contact for tenants, contractors, and ownership

✔️ Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple properties and priorities at once

✔️ Based in or able to regularly travel within the Montreal area

✔️ Experience with property management software is an asset
