- Two Circles is looking for a creative, modern QA Engineer to join our dynamic KORE Intelligence Platform team. In this role, you’ll be part of the Partnership Intelligence team, building modern SaaS platforms that help our clients intelligently manage relationships with their partners

- Design smart, risk-based testing strategies instead of maximizing test case count

- Create valuable test plans and test cases that focus on business risk, customer impact, and engineering value

- Apply a strong understanding of the Test Pyramid to ensure the right tests exist at the right layer

- Continuously evaluate testing effectiveness and eliminate low-value testing activities

- Practice Shift Left throughout the entire software development lifecycle

- Review Product Requirements (PRDs), technical designs, infrastructure architecture, and UI/UX mockups to identify quality risks and design effective test plans before implementation begins

- Collaborate with developers during solution design and implementation, not just after development is complete

- Understand system behaviour beyond the UI, including APIs, databases, data flow, architecture, and service interactions

- Provide quality input during design discussions to improve product quality before code is written

- Build and maintain reliable UI automation using Playwright

- Design, build, and maintain scalable API automation using appropriate technologies and frameworks

- Continuously improve automation architecture, execution reliability, maintainability, and developer experience

- Contribute reusable testing utilities, frameworks, and engineering tooling

- Leverage AI to improve productivity across test planning, automation, investigation, debugging, and documentation

- Continuously experiment with AI-driven engineering workflows that improve software quality and engineering efficiency

- Apply engineering judgement to validate AI-generated outputs and ensure technical correctness

- Use AI to accelerate engineering work while maintaining robust critical thinking and technical ownership

- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture conversations where quality considerations add value

- Work closely with developers,

product managers, designers, and other engineers to improve overall product quality

- Drive continuous improvement across quality practices, engineering workflows, and team processes

Benefits

- Renowned Team Days often throughout the year

- Private healthcare schemes
- Learning and Development opportunities, including certification in certain areas

- Cycle to work scheme- We’re looking for someone who sees quality as an engineering discipline rather than a testing activity

- This role is for engineers who leverage automation, AI, and deep system understanding to maximize engineering value across the software development lifecycle. We expect our engineers to think critically, influence quality early, collaborate closely with developers, and continuously improve how software is designed, built, tested, and delivered

- We strongly encourage the adoption of AI throughout the engineering workflow. However, AI is a tool to amplify engineering capability—not replace critical thinking. Strong system design awareness, architectural understanding, and sound engineering judgement remain fundamental to this role. We value engineers who use AI to support better engineering decisions, not replace engineering thinking

- Strong understanding of web technologies, HTTP, REST APIs, browser behaviour, client/server architecture, authentication, databases, and distributed application architecture

- Ability to review Product Requirements (PRDs), technical designs, infrastructure architecture, and UI/UX mockups from a quality perspective, identify risks early, and design effective test plans before development begins

- Strong automation strategy experience across different testing layers

- Solid understanding of the Test Pyramid and modern software quality practices

- Experience working with modern CI/CD pipelines

- Comfortable reading application code and understanding implementation details

- Experience applying Shift Left principles throughout the software development lifecycle

- Strong hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining automated testing solutions

- 3–6+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Engineering

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

- .NET

- C#

- Docker

- SQL
- Hands-on experience with:

- Playwright
- Experience writing or contributing to unit tests

- Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar

- Strong critical thinking around software quality, engineering trade-offs, and risk analysis

- Experience improving engineering tooling, development workflows, or quality processes

- Practical experience developing performance testing strategies and chaos engineering strategies

- Experience contributing to system design or technical solution discussions

- Understand systems instead of only validating UI behaviour

- Think like engineers, not checklist testers

- Use AI to accelerate engineering work while applying independent engineering judgement

- Build automation that creates long-term engineering value

- Continuously improve themselves, their teammates, and the engineering organization

- Are creative and continuously challenge how quality can be improved

- Understand that quality starts at design—not after development is complete

- Are curious, proactive, and always looking for better ways to solve problems
