Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent at Casam Realty Inc., Brokerage.

The Real Estate

Agent will manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, and investors, guiding them through the full real estate transaction cycle from initial consultation to closing. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting virtual property showings and consultations, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements. The role involves researching market trends,



analyzing property values, preparing comparative market analyses, and maintaining accurate documentation and CRM records.

The Real Estate

Agent will collaborate with lenders, lawyers, inspectors, and other professionals while providing responsive, customer-focused service and adhering to all regulatory and brokerage policies.

Qualifications

- Valid Real Estate License and up-to-date knowledge of real estate regulations and best practices
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused, professional, and ethical approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Comfort with digital tools, virtual meeting platforms, and CRM software
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Curiosity in residential or commercial real estate is an asset; additional languages are beneficial
