Our clientis a growing Distribution Company within consumer goods who’s looking to hire a talented Regional Director of Ops. This is an IN OFFICE role that can be located in either Montreal or Toronto. This is a fun, stable, and healthy company that has a family/team-centered culture.

Regional Director of Operations

Must have strong experience in either Wholesale, Retail or 3PL operations

Must be bilingual in French/English

Will be managing a region of a few distribution centers, each with it's own GM who oversees all aspects of operations from warehouse, to fleet, to sales, and so on

Experience managing multiple sites is preferable

Exposure to P&L;/budget management is highly desirable

Must be comfortable traveling up to 30% of the time

Salary likely $150k-$170k CAD + 30% bonus, car allowance, benefits, PTO
