Our clientis a growing Distribution Company within consumer goods who’s looking to hire a talented Regional Director of Ops. This is an ON-SITE role that can be located in either Montreal or Toronto.
Regional Director of Operations: Must be bilingual in French/English Will be managing a region of a few distribution centers, each with it's own GM who oversees all aspects of operations from warehouse, to fleet, to sales, and so on Experience managing multiple sites is preferable Exposure to P&L;/budget management is highly desirable Must be comfortable traveling up to 30% of the time Salary likely $150k-$170k CAD + 30% bonus, car allowance, perks, PTO They are a leader in their market and have a great track record of success. Although a large national company, their branches feel like extended families with a great culture and hands on environment.
