Regional Sales Manager – Ontario

Our client is a global steel manufacturer, specializing in heavy plate products. They are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, service centres, and industrial customers across Ontario.

- Drive sales of heavy plate products, with a focus on mining, energy, construction, and related industrial markets.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer partnerships.

- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and quoting through negotiation and account development.

- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows as required.

Ideal Candidate





- 5+ years of B2B industrial/steel sales experience.

- Strong background selling to OEMs and/or industrial customers.

- Experience in heavy plate, steel, fabrication, mining, energy, construction, or service centre markets strongly preferred.

- Proven hunter mentality with the ability to develop current business while maintaining existing accounts.

- Strong technical and commercial understanding with excellent relationship-building skills.

- Based in Ontario with the ability to travel throughout the region.
