Essential Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and equipment
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and schematics
- Install cable tray, conduit, grounding systems, lighting, and power distribution systems
- Pull, terminate, and test electrical conductors and cables
- Assist with the installation of industrial equipment and systems
- Perform testing to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements
- Collaborate with superintendents and other trades to complete work safely and efficiently
- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and hazard assessments
- Adhere to all Ledcor and project safety policies, procedures,



and site permit requirements

Qualifications

- Provincially recognized Journeyperson Electrician certification
- Minimum 3+ years of industrial construction experience
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Physically capable of performing demanding construction work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial or construction workplace
- Valid issued government photo identification
- Project-specific online orientations must be completed

Work Conditions

- 10 days on, 4 days off rotational schedule
- Extended health benefits provided through CLAC
- Weekly payment of wages
- No camp or travel allowance provided
- Candidates must reside in the Greater Edmonton Region
