In this role, you will operate under the supervision of the Director of Resident Care, focusing on providing quality care to residents according to established practices. You will be responsible for guiding Health Care Aides and other LPNs, ensuring adherence to the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba standards and promoting a supportive care environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing services to residents
• Supervise Health Care Aides in clinical tasks
• Follow CLPNM’s ethical guidelines consistently




• Contribute to resident care planning and execution
• Foster a positive care atmosphere with residents and staff

Requirements:
• Valid licensure with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
