As a Lead Application Engineer, your role will involve creating comprehensive design specifications for power system protection. Candidates should have a Master’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience, particularly in developing specifications for protection and control algorithms. Strong communication and team-oriented skills are essential for maintaining relationships within product teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed design specifications for P&C; algorithms
• Conduct proof of concept studies using MATLAB or RTDS




• Perform root cause analysis on incidents
• Collaborate to troubleshoot algorithm and product issues
• Produce technical papers for conferences

Requirements:
• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Over 5 years in protection and control systems
• Familiarity with simulation tools such as PSCAD
• Proven track record in publishing within the industry
• Understanding of electrical utilities' documentation practices
