Harv Wilkening Transport Ltd. requires Independent Contractors for our Domestic Fleet. This position is running Vancouver, BC – Calgary, AB two roundtrips per week.
Responsibilities
Pickup and delivery of freight in a safe and efficient manner
Handle freight and freight documents
Perform pre‑trip, post‑trip inspections and preventive maintenance checks
Qualified communication with customers
Ensure 100% compliance with safety regulations
Perform all other duties as requested
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: Earn up to $2.20 per mile
Other Compensation: Paid Orientation
Stability: Full‑time, steady hours and consistent year‑round work
Safety: Safety‑oriented company with a safety program in place
People: Consistent and supportive operations team and excellent dispatch team

Qualifications
Class 1A driver’s license
Minimum 2 years of verifiable truck‑driving experience
Must own your own truck (5 years or newer)
LCV experience is an asset
Ability to drive in all terrains
Experience with heaters and reefers
Professional appearance and good hygiene
Safe driving record verified by a current driver’s abstract
Ability to perform all duties without restriction
