Scope:
- The Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) requires a solution architect - CRM to provide technical leadership for the data migration into Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance and Operations (F&O;).
As a technical leader in the data migration and reporting team, you will provide expert guidance into all aspects of the data migration from legacy solutions into Dynamics 365 CE and F&O;, full and delta load design and implementation and ensure a quality data migration.
Other responsibilities include:
- Lead the development, implementation and management of D365 CE and F&O;, monitoring of the whole system.
- Define the interactions between application packages, databases and middleware systems.
- Deliver customizations by defining and implementing entities, fields, workflows, business rules, forms, and views, ensuring they align with the business processes.
- Determine how the Dynamics CRM system will integrate with other systems and applications within the organization's technology landscape.
- Establish security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure proper access control within the CRM system.
- Optimize the performance of the Dynamics CRM system to ensure smooth operation and responsiveness.
- Ongoing Support: lead post-migration support, analysis and resolution of data-related issues or questions; help with optimizing data management processes in the new setting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Must-haves
- At least1 year of recent experience as a CRM architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O; implementation, data migration, and solution integration
Nice-to-have
- Extensive experience with CRM applications, operating systems, environments, database technologies, programming languages, and communication protocols
