Location: Toronto, ON (4x onsite a week)

Job Description

- We are looking for two SSRS Developers with robust experience in migrating reports from Crystal Reports to Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- The candidate must have hands‑on experience analyzing existing Crystal Reports and converting them into SSRS reports.
- Design, develop, and deploy SSRS reports, datasets, and data sources.
- Understand and document existing Crystal Reports logic, formulas, parameters, and layouts.
- Recreate report functionality, formatting, and performance in SSRS.
- Optimize SQL queries and datasets used for reporting.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to validate report requirements and outputs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency,



and performance during migration.
- Handle report subscriptions, scheduling, and security configurations in SSRS.
- Perform testing and validation of migrated reports to ensure parity with Crystal Reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report rendering and data discrepancies.
- Maintain technical documentation for migrated reports and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with database and application teams during the migration process.
- Support post‑migration enhancements and bug fixes.
