Junior Program Manager
Location: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday to Thursday)

Contract Duration: September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $32.00/hour + 4% Vacation Pay

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and organized Program Coordinator / Junior Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of key business initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in program and project management while working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
You will play a critical role in supporting program activities, tracking milestones, preparing reports and presentations, managing stakeholder communications, and helping ensure successful program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate program activities and support project deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive updates
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, business teams, and leadership
- Conduct analysis related to resource requirements and program feasibility
- Support meetings, document action items, and track follow-up activities
- Maintain program documentation, records, and reporting materials
- Assist with planning and executing strategic business initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in program management, project coordination, business operations, or a related area
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Word
- Visio
- Experience with project coordination, planning, reporting, and tracking activities
- Experience using JIRA or similar ticketing/project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PMI or PMP certification (or progress toward certification)
- Experience supporting business programs within a corporate environment
- Knowledge of resource planning, strategic planning, and process improvement methodologies
