Our Game
Development team provides comprehensive co-dev and full-cycle dev solutions, across all platforms. We’ve helped make some of the biggest games of the past decade, like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and III, and we work with dozens of the world’s biggest publishers and developers. Through primarily organic growth, we are proudly independent, now home to around 1,100 creatives based in Europe, North America, and South America.
We are seeking a Technical Artist with a strong focus on PCG systems and biomes to support the development of high-quality natural environments for games. This role bridges art and technology, with an emphasis on building, optimizing, and supporting biomes that achieve a high level of visual realism while remaining performant in real-time.
You will collaborate closely with workplace artists, engineers, and technical leadership to improve vegetation workflows, solve rendering and performance challenges, and help deliver visually rich game worlds. Professional experience as a Technical Artist
- Strong understanding of PCG systems and rendering techniques;
Experience building or supporting PCG pipelines in game development
- Solid shader knowledge (node-based and/or shader code)
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within international, cross-disciplinary team.
Experience having created environment art content
- Scripting experience (Python, Blueprint, C++, or similar);
Experience supporting realistic or high-fidelity art styles
- Shipped titles or production experience on PC or console. Design, implement, and support real-time PCG systems for games
- Drive the population of natural elements and clutter alongside the building generation
- Develop and optimize foliage shaders, materials, and wind animation systems
- Profile and optimize biomes for performance, memory usage, and visual consistency
- Help define and document best practices for biome production and integration
