About Jens Home Care

Jens Home Care is looking for a dependable, reliable, and hardworking Residential House Cleaner to join our team.

Our clients are vulnerable and elderly, so we are looking for someone who understands the importance of trust, respect, reliability, attention to detail, and quality of care in the home.

The successful applicant must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence and be able to successfully complete a criminal record check.

Duties Include

- Complete residential cleaning tasks according to our daily cleaning lists.
- Follow all instructions and complete every task and detail assigned.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with Jens Home Care.
- Use our company app to read and follow detailed instructions.
- Respond to messages and updates in a timely manner.
- Document completed work using a smartphone, including taking pictures when required.
- Follow through on assigned tasks and ensure they are completed properly.
- Respect the privacy, property, and individual needs of our elderly and vulnerable clients.
- Work independently while maintaining communication with the company.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Dependable, reliable, and hardworking.
- Previous cleaning or residential housekeeping experience is an asset.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence.
- Must be able to pass a criminal record check.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and follow detailed instructions.




- Comfortable using a smartphone and company app.
- Able to read and write detailed instructions.
- Able to communicate clearly and respond in a timely manner.
- Able to take pictures and document completed work when required.
- Must demonstrate responsibility, professionalism, and good follow-through.
- Must be respectful and comfortable working in the homes of elderly and vulnerable clients.

- Wage review after 90 days.
