As an Assistant Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead, contribute ideas and help shape the experience our customers have when they walk through our doors. What You'll Do
- Create genuine connections with customers and help them find clothing that makes them look and feel their best
- Style customers and put together outfits that work for their individual needs
- Lead, encourage and support the store team during your shifts
- Use your creativity to merchandise product and help create an inviting store
- Help the team achieve sales and loyalty goals
- Handle cash and complete transactions accurately
- Open and close the store as a trusted key holder
- Help maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing store




- Support merchandising, product placement and daily store operations
- Follow and help execute maurices Standard Operating Practices
- Take initiative, solve problems and help keep the store running smoothly

- Have cash-handling experience and are comfortable working with tills and daily transactions

Previous retail or supervisory experience is an asset, but isn't required. We're interested in finding people with the right attitude, solid people skills, leadership potential and a willingness to learn. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
