Key Responsibilities

FLOOR COACHING & DELIVERY

- Deliver training sessions and coaching in boutiques across USA— present, energised, engaged and brand-aligned

- Conduct floor observations and give precise, constructive feedback to individuals and team managers

- Adapt style and tone to different audiences — from new joiners to senior sales associates

- Be a visible, credible, and inspiring presence in every boutique you visit

PROGRAMME IMPLEMENTATION

- Roll out HQ-designed training programmes with fidelity and local relevance

- Plan and manage your training calendar across the zone

- Brief and support store managers before and after training sessions

PERFORMANCE TRACKING

- Monitor and report training KPIs: floor observation scores, behavioural assessments, post-training surveys

- Identify underperformance patterns and escalate with solutions, not just problems

- Share field observations and store-level insights with the HQ training team

Profile

- Minimum 5 years in luxury retail, with solid floor experience and genuine passion for coaching

- Proven ability to deliver training and coaching that drives visible, lasting behaviour change

- Deep understanding of selling ceremony, client experience, and luxury service standards

- Energetic, credible presence in boutique — able to inspire teams and earn trust quickly

- Strong organisational skills: able to manage a complex travel and delivery calendar

- Curious, humble, and committed to continuous improvement — for self and others

- Fluent in English; additional languages a strong asset
