· Supervise and lead roofing crews on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards

· Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of roofing systems, including metal roofing and flat/membrane systems (TPO, SBS torch-applied)

· Conduct on-site troubleshooting and repairs for roofing and construction-related issues

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and roofing regulations

· Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, labor, and resources

· Inspect completed work to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

· Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot construction and roofing equipment

· Train and mentor team members on proper techniques,

safety practices, and equipment use

· Coordinate with contractors, project managers,



and other stakeholders on-site

· Maintain records of work completed, inspections, and maintenance activities

Requirements

· Extensive experience in roofing and construction,

including supervisory or foreman roles

· Robust knowledge of metal roofing, waterproofing systems, and roofing materials

· Hands-on experience with membrane systems (TPO, SBS,

bitumen) and torch-applied roofing

· Solid understanding of construction equipment, tools,

and maintenance

*Minimum of CLB 5 on French test

*Language in the workplace is English
