- Monitor and analyze inventory levels across assigned sales divisions and item categories, identifying risks, opportunities, and required actions
- Analyze sales, forecasts, supply, inventory turns, service levels, and replenishment data to develop and maintain item-level inventory and replenishment strategies
- Collaborate with Sales on assigned item-category forecasts, incorporating business requirements and market insights into inventory planning
- Work with Buyers to ensure replenishment plans are executed effectively and inventory levels are maintained appropriately
- Report to senior management on inventory levels, risks, trends, and inventory-related issues, providing recommendations and actionable insights
- Leverage ERP and BI tools to optimize inventory levels and improve replenishment planning
- Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc inventory, replenishment, and analytical reports
- Identify reporting efficiencies and streamline Demand Planning analysis
- Review designated areas of analysis and identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and inventory management
- Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues with Sales, Buyers, Demand Planning, and other stakeholders
- Analyze data accurately, identify discrepancies, and ensure appropriate corrections are made
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

- 5 to 7 years of experience in inventory analysis, demand planning, replenishment, supply chain planning, or a related analytical role
- Post-secondary education in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is an asset
- Advanced Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with ERP and/or BI reporting tools
- Microsoft 365 and Power BI experience are assets
- Experience analyzing sales forecasts, inventory turns, service levels,



safety stock, and replenishment requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into explicit recommendations
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in food, retail grocery, foodservice, distribution, or import/export environments is an asset
